Or they are waiting for the unemployment to run out. I think a lot of it revolves around the aspect of child care as well.

With that said, there are people out there that do appreciate the information for their job search.

Unfortunately this is fairly true.
Pretty much every business owner I talk to absolutely cannot find help.
Some offering like super premium wages even if you’re not totally qualified just to get bodies.
They all blame it on the unemployment benefits.
