Too late, as many people just go to the same areas. However, that will depend on the individual in terms of what is their "promised land".

I hear you and to be honest, I tell people that are going to move, to go to solid, less “popular” places if you move Down South or elsewhere, like the post the revived the thread.

Even within the state, there are some areas I’d go with that aren’t talked about as much for certain criteria. For instance, if I wanted rural, low property taxes, with some cultural diversity in the schools/community, there are a couple of areas that come to mind and they aren’t “popular” or mentioned much on here.
