Rentals in Orange County NY (Warwick, Goshen, Middletown areas) (York: apartments, living)

I am trying to find a rental for my 82 yr old parents who will be moving back up to NY from SC beginning of February. Does anyone know of buildings in the area that are in elevator buildings, rents for $1900 or less, and would have availability in the near future?

If you don't mind me asking, why are they looking to move back to NY?

They were not happy in SC with either the place they were living (moved into an Independent Senior Living Community where all meals were included in rent but the food was not good), the weather was not as warm as they thought it would be, etc....

Most of the family is up in the NY/CT/PA area so they want to move back to be closer to family
