There are many recreational lake towns in ny state, pennsylvania and I think nj that are approx 2-3 hrs commute from nyc. I am curious about political leanings. I think PA would be (in general) more right leaning, correct? What about lake towns in ny state? For example there are some spots close to ithaca. Would they be more left leaning? Or are all of these rural lake settings in general just more red? Also wondering about the "bungalow communities"? Are they typically more affiliated with religious groups? Just curious really and hope this post isn't "un-pc". Thanks!
