The Hochul Administration is appealing a July 2022 decision by NY Supreme Court Judge Ronald Ploetz that stopped the Administration from enacting Reg. 10 NYCRR 2.13 Isolation and Quarantine Procedures.

Only been here a year and a half and I’ve given up on the idea of freedom here. It’s just not in the culture here, NY is very antequated and stuffy.
