Goshen has great restaurants like il Tesoro the kind of quality that would make it a hot spot in NYC, lots of young families, yoga studio right in town, very friendly nice people. Great health care and hospitals Crystal Run. Wholesale open to the public Italian grocery Roccoroma. Neighborhoods are safe and quiet.

House resale is when you make a second attempt to sail it in the ocean but only if the whether is ideal and you have some good wind and not to much choppy sees, other than that expect to sail house for much longer than you might want 2
