Possible Relocation to the Orange County Area (Middletown: schools, retailers)

Hello All!

My husband is entertaining a possible opportunity in Middletown. We have three young boys (ages 7, 4 and 2) and are looking for great schools with plenty to do for children, including sports? We would consider towns in PA and NJ as well. We like a small town feel with possibly a downtown area, but also easy access to larger retailers such as Target. Any suggestions??
