Why do people Sleep in the nude?

I sleep nude just because I can't fall asleep feeling restricted. I keep a thong nearby if there is an emergency and I need to cover up. I know people who sleep in robes and socks. That would feel incredibly uncomfortable and would keep me up no matter how tired I was.

I prefer nude although I have injuried myself rolling over once or twice.

Feels really good to take off the compression shorts and just breath.

Well since everyone else answered, I sleep in the nude because I sweat like gym sock at night. I hated waking up to wet pj's in the morning. So this has helped as well as blasting he AC, LOL.
