It WAS foolish to trust him. I can kick myself in the head. I will move on, but I so, so, so wanted to get past it, get on my feet and just live. BUT as you stated bankruptcy isn't the end.
I was foolish enough to sign papers which took my name off the deed...I thought that was the equivalent of taking my name off the mortgage.
If you haven't gotten new legal advice, then do so now.

OP in real life people will hurt you & you need to revenge. Once when I was in college, I had a mean room-mate. I could not do sh*t to her as I did not want to get arrested.
She kept her toothbrush in the bathroom we shared together. I kept mine in a locked suitcase. Anyway doe, once I took a crap, put my hand on my sh*t hole t & lightly laced her toothbrush with that brown stuff. Oh the joy of seeing her brush her teeth, PRICELESS!!

FlowerPower00, have you considered deed-in-lieu-of-foreclosure?
Since you are not in the house, you don't care to keep it, am I right?
I know a couple that was in a similar situation (house-wise, not hate/revenge-wise), they agreed that neither one could afford the house, so they offered deed in lieu of foreclosure to the bank and after a LOT of run around and frustration got it.
Yes, it affected their credit, but otherwise they are both moved on with their separate lives.
Just an idea.

Who hasn't had the thought cross one's mind? But there's a huge difference between thinking it and doing it. What you describe is something I wouldn't do to my worst enemy.
Does it ever occur to you that even I think this is extreme but I only did what I could to defend myself. She was bigger and stronger than me and would hit me during arguments then when I called the cops it was always a she said, other said kind of situation. They could not arrest her but I sure could let her eat my brownies.
Claudhopper IMO you have led a sheltered life. Every time I encounter you in threads here I feel like you are a well meaning font but you have no clue what the real world is like. You need to SLOWLY crawl out of that rock. Its a cold harsh world out there!

To each her own. I don´t live on an internet forum but in the real world where hurt people hurt people. The ONLY thing I would not do to my worst enemy is kill them only because I believe my home is more comfortable than jail-prison cells. I´m a nice broad on this forum but in real life you **** me off, biatch its on! Aint nobody got time to be bullied in real life.
