I can laugh at the duck lips and its pretty obvious tha most people look beyond awkward when making gang signs. What I cant figure out is why the bathroom selfies are so much the current rage. I'm proably old fashioned, or just getting old, but seeing you try to look sexy while taking a crap or peeing is simply disgusting. I'd dump any woman if I found they had intentionally taken a selfie on the sh*tter. Cheap, debasing, trashy, vulgar and self demeaning.... but hardly sexy.
Yea what is that? The number of times i've nearly vomited when seeing a snapchat of someone on a toilet is uncountable..

duck lips make me laugh. I asked my teenage niece why she was doing it while taking a selfy. She seemed surprised she was doing anything different then normal.
It's all about being different than the rest of the crowd, sort of like tats and piercings.
The funny part is the individual's choice of being different. If 1M other people choose the same route it isn't so different and unique. Youth has no concept of this until older and wiser.
I don't understand the need for "selfies". FB is a selfie display gallery.

It's a good strategy. It makes you look silly, but like you did it on purpose. What's worse is when you try to make a nice face and you look terrible anyway... which happens like 90% of the time. The duck face is sort of like a defense mechanism against having an inadvertently bad photo of you uploaded to the internet.
I guess I wouldn't want to make duck lips as I'd think it would attract men looking for sex. I'd rather attract nice good men that wouldn't just see me as a sex object but for much more. Maybe I could hold college books in my hand to also show how smart I am. I'm more than just sexy kissable lips and sucked in cheeks.
What girl would want men attracted to you just for your duck lips? lol I just don't find that sexy. Women are much more. Maybe some men would find a woman more attractive that does volunteer work, educates herself, has a good job, is a good person, etc.
Maybe the duck lips and hand signals are more for the younger teen crowd. They must think it makes them more attractive or 'cool'.

Except the duck face ensures it's a bad photo. If you make a nice face there is at least a small chance of it working out.
Duck face good picture = zero chance. If you are over 18 = double zero chance.
Actually I think it's a duckface the girl made for her mugshot and not her Facebook page but still crazy looking just the same. lol Funny that criminals are duckfacing now in their mugshots.
Hard to imagine how puckered lips are supposed to be duck lips and holding up 2 fingers is a gang sign. There isn't even a remote resemblance to a duck's bill.
