During the blizzard we had up here recently, some young guys who live next door shoveled, without asking my wife's car, mine and my other neighbor's out. This was probably at least two hours of work. I thanked the guys and told them I would order them a few pizzas and throw in a case of beer. I was just floored by their willingness to do this.

No matter how small or big the favor, it's always best to say thanks.

Maybe a thank you card with a gift card..I'm in the air about baked goods, beacuse not everyone can eat them. A gift card, especially to a local restaurant would possibly work.
