Just curious how single folks are going to take care of themselves on Vday. I tend to get ice-cream but I have been fantasizing about dates stuffed with goat cheese and walnuts. Maybe some fancy desert. I also bought a steak and I might get some wine but I've been trying to cut out drinking. I'm usually single on Vday and it has never made me feel bad. I actually feel grateful for having the day to myself and find it fun to use it as a reason to treat myself right. What are some treats or ways you like to spoil yourself?

Dates stuffed with goat cheese and walnuts are awesome. WRAPPED IN BACON.

I'm going out to a local bar with a huge gang of single friends. I've had plenty of subdued, over-expectated Valentines dates in dark restaurants surrounded by couples going through the motions. No thanks!

-Hypnotic
- Pineapple Vodka
- Sprite
- .50 wings at Bdubs
- Cherry Swishers and a brand new lighter

Just enough to make me forget my misery being single on V-day for a few hours.

If you're single, then isn't Valentines' just another day ?

Why make a fuss ?

Or do you treat yourself on Australia day whether you're Australian or not ?
Spoil yourself on world meteorological day even if you're not a weatherman ?
Idiopathic Hypersomnia Awareness Week must be just awful torment for you.

World puppetry day on March 21 always leaves me feeling empty and hollow since I don't have a puppet, but I'll treat myself to a long soak in the bath, a 6 pack of Sginer bock and a candlelit meal for one.
