Need more info. Mostly because I possibly am going through this as well.
Poster is female, friend is male and the male is in the LTR? Wanted to be sure. Thought perhaps OP is in the LTR and the male friend is causing issues with her bf.
Anyway I am female, friend is male. He is married to a fantastic lady who 100% 'has his back.' I've recently lost three ppl in 2 months. I don't have anyone really at the moment available for when things crash down. The main person close to me for that turned out to be a twice convicted sexual offender who is now in prison for a third time that happened recently. So.....my main support system is in prison out of the blue and my BFF is struggling with something herself and my parents are getting very old and...
So I get a bit resentful that he needs something AGAIN and always. I deal with stuff pretty much on my own. I could use a fun outing or just have him over to hang with Indian takeout but he doesn't "do that."
