From my last job, I was p$&#ed with my former manager and that whole company. I’ll admit I’m naturally vindictive so I long thought about getting revenge. But I decided I can’t change or get back what happened, so I put that energy into where I was going and it paid off monetarily and spiritually many times over.
But leaving means that Katie gets the W. She obviously wanted to drive me out of the company and now she's getting what she wanted. I need to do something on my way out to ensure that I'm the one who gets the last laugh.
