I think it's a fairly straight-forward question. Would you be comfortable with a gay roommate who was the same gender as you?

Sure, why not? As long as they are a decent person. I'd want any roommate I have to be a decent person.

yes. Would you be ok with a straight roommate?

I don't see where it makes a difference as long as everyone involved is respectful of one another. Just like if it were a straight person.

I'd rather not have a roommate, but if I had to have one, I wouldn't care if she was a lesbian.

To be completely honest, I don't know. I would have to actually live in the situation. I don't think it would bother me.

I would not mind as long as they payed half the rent and utilities.

Sure, as long as he is a good roommate. I might even prefer it over other possibilities if he happened to be the stereotypical super-neat and tidy gay guy.
