Could you be friends with someone who sleeps with married people knowing full well that they are married and they just don't care weather or not that they're married or you could be friends with them because you don't judge your friendships based on your friends' personal lives?

Non of my friends would ever do that and many of us are still single!

No. It goes back to what I said on your other thread, the one about the bachelor/bachelorette party. People who do that are irresponsible and dishonest, and I generally do not like people like that.
I think it's perfectly acceptable to judge someone's behavior and "personal life" when considering whether to let that person into your own life. That's not to say I'd rule people out for different lifestyles, like single, married, with kids, kid-free, etc. It has more to do with character traits, and integrity is a big one for me. People who sleep with married people or are party to adultery tend to lack integrity. That's pretty much all there is to it.
Sounds like your friends are hookers or just sleezy people. I would prefer a hooker to a sleezer person, at least most hookers have a heart. Could I remain friends with them? I don't think I could remain friends, I find that to be a pretty serious flaw in a person. I better stop here before I say what I really think...

Nope, that isn't the type of person I care to be around. I do my best not to be judgmental of my friends and their beliefs but there are some things that I just won't compromise on - this being one of them.
