Thanks, Right now, I am telling him I don't accept partial payment. Unless I receive full payment by tomorrow. I am thinking to close my bank account. Can he get money order or cashier's check tomorrow (Saturday)?

Don't accept any more money, your tenant is trying to string you along. A month from now you will have to go through this process all over again. Here's what you should do:

1. Talk to an attorney.
2. Change your bank account. You have a deadbeat who knows your account number, that is not a good idea.
3. Finish the eviction process.
4. Find a tenant that is willing to pay rent on time.
