I didn't say report, I said dataset. You are also assuming the data set is compatible between disparate systems or with the printer and has no mistakes. The initial data sets will have to be vetted for accuracy which takes time. IT projects like this can take months or years to plan and execute. If they had to make changes to comply with ACA regulations like you suggest that would add additional time which means the project may have started during the previous administration. The results of the investigation are going to be interesting.
The data is mainframe data feeding the NCTracks system, run by the contractor CSC, which has been all over the newspapers for months for defects yet Wos lied to the state auditor about being aware of (documented). Which defects are all the more reason that anything published from that data should have been double- and triple-vetted before going out.
