Governor McCrory is requesting appropriation of $200 million for disasters related to the wildfires, Hurricane Matthew, Tropical Storm Jula and Hermine
Here is the bill posted on State Senator Jeff Jackson FB page and he stated

We've got a disaster relief bill. No court packing, but the majority has indicated more bills are coming. Oh - and the disaster relief bill is named HB2. Very clever.
I'm already hearing disquieting reports of other things to be sneaked in, like moving the Board of Elections under the Lt Governor's office (who oh-so-coincidentally is a Republican) and the Dept of Revenue under the State treasurer (ditto). Do they think nobody notices these blatant partisan moves??
The first one, H1, seems to be procedural about this extra session. H2 is the disaster relief bill. H3 is another procedural bill. I'm not sure what they're up to with the 4th bill. It's about state employees, "Implement Statewide Classification and Compensation System" and they are pushing up the effective dates to happen before the end of the year and before Roy takes office. It had previously been effective after Feb 7th. This one is a little suspicious to me. H5 is a bill to Restore Early Voting Days. H6 is a bill for a Nonpartisan Redistricting Commission.

They may add more bills today — I don't know.
I got excitred when I saw this, but on closer examination, it's sponsored by 3 Dems. Sadly, it probably won't be passed, especially in a special session.
Yes, H5, the restore early voting bill, is also sponsored by Dems.
