My HOA has an Architectural Review Committee that had its name changed to Architectural "CONTROL" Committee. Now I know why! They repeatedly deny requests for approvals and on subsequent submittals have a whole new set of reasons for denial. Short of a law suit is there any recourse to these "commandos"? Help!!!

There's a very good forum www.hoatalk.com where you may be able to get more detailed advice.

Seems like a very firm letter, mailed via certified mail with the hint of a harassment lawsuit did the trick. Now to change the makeup of the board and commitee. Thanks for the sell advise - it crossed my mind.....
