I would like to hear feedback from other homeowners who have had a home built by Love Homes. Gorgeous homes for the money but very unprofessional builders. A lot of code violations while building and when a problem occurs, the owners are less than willing to appease the homeowner. Let me hear your feelings on this matter. I know it's not just me since I've heard the same from other neighbors but I'd like to hear what you have to say. Thanks!!

My husband and I have been researching a lot of those home dealers. I have spoken to LUV homes 2x but have not heard of anything. They didn't seem to have anything in our price range really.

Did you have a modular or a double wide built? I have some questions about both.....

Thanks,
Jen

Jenypeny,
I believe that LUV homes is a different builder than Love Homes. They don't have modular or moible homes. I put a post to this question on the Charlotte forum.

I understand that LUV homes is a division of Clayton Manufactured Homes, whose headquarters are in Tennessee. You may want to do a search for reviews on manufactured homes. Clayton manufactures several different "brands", each on a different quality level.

AppleAnnie, Jenypeny & DiamonBeys -

The builders we bought from is LOVE HOMES. Stick-built homes but no modulars or dbl wide. They range from $160 and up.
