II just was wondering if Const workers, Handyman, etc got better wages here (and respect too) than what I found here in N Florida where there is an overabundance of workers and a shortage of good pay.

I have rentals in the Eastern part of the state (Jamestown). I pay $15-20 an hour. You provide tools, and transportation. Guys here are very busy.

Of course it all depends on how productive you are also.

As far as the oil patch. Can't tell you.
