I just wanted to post something positive and say that I had a good experience there last week buying a car(well, as good an experience as you can have buying a car!) Dealt with Mr. Ertle, was fair and easy to work with and found the exact car I was looking for. I did buy a car there about 10 years ago when they had Volvo and Kia that was a bit of a rough transaction, but now that they are just Subaru they seem a bit more focused and of course they are always eager to sell.

Hopefully you will never have to experience it... but trying to get them to honor the warranty on the car is not very easy. I had 29,000 on my subaru when the transmission went. They said "it broke because you were abusing it". I told them in no way shape or form was i abusing anything. I was going about 20mph up a hill and then snap the tranny blew. They said "well the gear was grinded off and that means it was abuse". I went back and forth with them for a few days and eventually gave up. Long story short, they would not honor the warranty and wanted $2100 to fix it. I took it back and fixed it myself. I know several other people that have had issues with warranty work with Ertle Subaru as well.
