PEL wants to raise garbage fees to over $200 and they think we should raise the parking to $1.50 an hour for meters...ROFLMAO

22% increase in property taxes was a nice touch.

The residents get saddled with the tax and bills for the mayors decade of playful spending and poor fiscal management, that is crap.

There is no way that this is going to fly.

I would love to know where or how they received a copy of the 2011 budget to base their numbers on when Doherty hasn't even put one together yet...There is something smelly about PEL and Doherty.....

Where were they while the mayor ran the other recovery plan into the ground with raises and new hires?

I say that council DOES NOTHING and let the mayor get sanctioned and the city go belly up, that way he will get the blame like he deserves and then we can pull ourselves up by the boot straps.

You have to hit rock bottom to know where you are and then things can only go up.

Doherty should have been sanctioned the same way he had it done to Conners..

PEL is made up of people from Ed Rendells law firm... just more pay to play from slippery Rendell

As I have said before the first LOGICAL step to recovery should have been a total study and revamping restructuring of all the taxes in the city {property, merchantile, amusement etc.}
Why wasnt it done??
