Hello
I live in Wilkeswood now, but moving at the end of the month. We enjoyed living here very much. We would have stayed longer, but we're growing out of the unit (newlyweds, hehe). The Neighbors are always friendly, its very clean, they're very quick to take care of any problems. You have your gas (cooking/heat), water and trash included. We're in a one bedroom that was updated with new fixtures and carpets. Good size closets, newer appliances ... and they best part is the fireproofing in the walls, you hardly hear your neighbors. I've lived in apartments for over 12 years, I can tell you its been a pleasure not hearing every movement my neighbors are making, lol! The only down side is walking to the laundry rooms, but you rarely have to wait for a free washer/dryer. There's also a pool and fitness center, although the gym is a bit dated. Hope this helps!
