Does anybody know if these places are ever going to open. They are both owned by the Dave Magrogan Group, which also owns Kildare's.

Mas Mexicali Cantina is suppose to open in the former Molly Brannigans and
Doc Magrogans is suppose to open in the former Kildare's at the Shoppes @ Montage.

While I know the economy is the primary cause of keeping these places from opening,
I was just wondering if anyone had any inside word if these places are going to open at all.

Here is a link from the times-leader last year....

Kildare's is the biggest rip off in town....6 bucks for a beer? I don't know how that place makes it in Scranton of all places.

Just like the Connell Building would never open.

This Magrogan clown has been claimaing he's bringing that Doc Magrogans Fish Market to Montage for about the last 2 years or so since they moved Kildare's downtown. The place is still empty. His Mexican place downtown (in the old Molly Brannigan's) was supposed to be open near a year ago. Nothing. His track record isn't the greatest.

Didn't they open the old Molly B's with a diif. name for the St. Patricks day parade last year, and then close it again???

I just asked a simple question.
I could care less about Kildare's $6 beers or the Connell building.
Thank you
