I'm looking for somewhere locally to get about 20-30 organic lemons in bulk, on a semi-regular basis. Any ideas?

I have seen organic lemons at Wegman's.

I would assume that Pocono Produce would sell organic lemons, but i'm not sure that quantity is enough for them to sell to you. But it doesn't hurt to try.

Wegmans has them for I think .99ea or a bag of 6 for 4.99, I was hoping if I bought in bulk that I would be able to save a little.

Yeah, I have yet to understand why lemons are so expensive. Even non-organic lemons cost 50 cents or more.

Just curious as to why you need them to be organic? I am big on organic fruits , and vegtables, but I would imagine lemons would not one of those things that would not be important to be organic...cause they have a thick outter shell.

I think Good Froot in Scranton is open again. They might order them special for you. Not sure what price they can offer, but they are certainly more likely to negotiate than Wegman's or Sam's club. There is also a wholesale fruit club on Keyser, but I don't know if they sell to the public. I guess you could also buy one of those miniature lemon indoor lemon bushes. I think I saw them on directgardening.com for $10. Beware, they take 2 months to deliver and the dry plants take a few weeks to sprout. Just the same, might solve your problem of finding cheap fruit.

You'll probably have to order from the internet. Lots of places ship.
