I'm eagerly awaiting a "colorful" rebuttal that this condition has nothing to do with the area's demise. In light of the recent shooting's that dominate the headlines, it should be interesting...LOL

really?? maybe I'm lucky that the sale fell through. Can I ask if it's just Saw Creek or are all the homes in the Bushkill area this bad? I'm coming up from outside of Philadelphia and I absolutely love it up there. Who ever would have thought of gangsters in the Poconos?? thank you for your help, I really appreciate it, Cate

Stay away from Saw Creek. It's a horrible place to live right now. We have a Management team that couldn't careless about the home owners and cares more about the investors, for now. There are a TON of abandoned homes in there, people buy them really cheap, they have black mold and these investor just hide it, they are party homes and Drug homes. You have to be very desperate to live there. The properties are horrible, no one mowes their lawns that they HAD to have, the abandoned homes look like something out of a haunted house movie and there are places that are just over loaded with trash. I am watching a facebook group called Take Back Sawcreek, they are on top of all of this, They also have a web page called Takebacksawcreek.org It's awesome. I have not friended them on facebook because our board and Management would try to get revenge on me, yeah, it's THAT bad. Beware of their management trolls as well. My wife and 3 kids are not happy here either. 9 years I have lived here and I regret it.
