Does anyone have any feedback on these areas? We are looking for a weekend home. The biggest issue we're having is that we need to be able to put up a fence for our 3 dogs and most communities don't allow fences. Any advice is appreciated! There are lake shore properties on "Twin Lakes" that are not in a community- very expensive. There are rural properties around Greeley that are not in a community. Walker Lake does not have a formal HOA but a "landowners association."

It doesn't have to be in Pike county. We just like the area. We want to have easy lake access, but not for a motorboat, so that doesn't make a difference to us either way. We would potentially be interested in any lake area that we could have a fence, but would like to stay east/northeast of Lake Wallenpaupack.
