Stopeed at Cabelas on a roadtrip and purchased some pants. Was pleased to hear they would do alterations for free while we waited. The guy who did them did a terrible (understatment) job on them and tried to pass them off to us as job well done. Even his boss was unresponsive to this guys poor customer service. I was shocked! Bass Pro Shop and REI would be my pics.

I have dealt with Cabela's frequently for over 15 years, they are the best. I have never had a problem with returns. I once returned a rod and reel that I had for over a year. Best customer service, best selection, best prices.
