sigh!

those who do not believe need to experience the haunting themselves---there are 2 paranormal groups in the area and many haunted places such as the cemetary on milwaukee rd in clarks summit

nkotb - Not true. We never believed until we had experienced it for many years. I would not wish that experience on my worst enemy. It can be some of the most terrifying things one can ever go through. I believed AFTER I experienced it.

Growing up we lived in the Hill Section of Scranton, and there were some very strange things that happened in that house that could never be explained. I know what I saw with my own eyes, and your parents would tell you go back to bed, blah blah blah. We moved from there when I was 11 yrs old. Once I got older my Mom and I talked about it, and she agreed that there was something going on in that house. There were a few things, but the incidence I remember vividly was looking down my stairway from the second floor, and hearing the stairs creaking like someone was walking up them, but no one was there. I get goosebumps thinking about it...but like another poster said, if it hasn't happened to you it is hard to believe.

Nope. You believe in ghosts after you see one. You blink, and it's still there. You squeeze your eyes shut, and guess what? It's still there. You hide your head under the blanket for a while, peek out, it's still there. Very, very creepy.

Sounds like what the Scranton city council members do when someone they don't like approaches the podium!

Well I believe in God, and I'm not sure if I'll ever see him (probably NOT with the type of life I've been living, but oh well!) LOL!

Ghost might not be the best word. Some people say that it's some sort of "recording" of an incident that's happened at that place, energy glitch. Maybe it had something to do with high tension power lines. It doesn't really matter what it was, it was real to me.
