Have you checked out The Video Game store on S main in W-B? I know that they had quite a selection of used DVDs. I think Musical Energi also buys DVDs, they are on N Main st.

A drive for you Ken but the Video game store in W-B is right. Would also say that the Walmart bins for reduced sale have been decent.

Default Hmmm

I drove through downtown Wilkes-Barre a while ago. And as most of you know, I walked a "radius" of downtown Scranton. Didn't see any music/movie/book stores. I'll try both towns when I get back. I recall something a block south of the Square in W-B......(?) That was twenty years ago!

It's right across from Boscov's on South Main st. Actually, down another block from that, away from the square is the pawn shop, Main St Trading Post. I haven't been in there in years but I'm sure they have quite the selection of DVDs as well.

Default Been there...

I stopped at Arcus Brothers two years ago. I quietly wandered in and "browsed" while Steve was keeping an eye on me. It took him a while, but he finally recognized me! It's been twenty years since I haggled with him. He looks exactly like Groucho Marx! I found "Junebug" at his store- but near the end of the movie, it just stopped working! Grrrr...

Recently, I went to the Silver Moon Flea Market , where I browse over the same videos...and found "Melinda and Melinda!" (yay!)

So- each little nook and cranny might just have one movie that I've been looking for!

Your area must have some gems tucked away ...
