Hi Everyone,
Could anyone recommend a home inspecter in the Scranton area.We are looking to buy a home in Scranton and have our ducks in row before we look.I know that real estate agents have inspecters they use but I would rather have an outside party look at the home. Thanks in advance for any help!!!!

Thanks for asking this question and the response...we are looking at another house today...it is in North Scranton on clearview street. The part of clearview that backs up against the Tripps Park development. Wish us luck.

Hubby would be very happy, I like the house and lil man would stay in his current school.

Well we put an offer in on the house on Clearview and it was accepted! Hubby is thrilled we are staying in Scranton, lil man is happy he will be in his current elementary school, and I simply love the house and yard. So while I did not get one of the towns on my wish list...the house has everything I wanted except a driveway. There is a little area on the side that use to be one...so hubby will have to make it one again.

I will worry about high school when lil man is older...and I will have to just shrug my shoulders and do what I CAN regarding Scranton's future.
