I love it when I have guests staying over in the winter. With no bugs or birds around, it is so quiet and, of course, they aren't used to the "sounds of silence."

we signed up with Power Home Technologies (@ VECTOR security dealer) when we moved into our home some time ago. The security agent came out and suggested where we put our keypad and motion sensor. The installer suggested another place. We didn't see the problem in choices. Why did you?
We also have our agreement in a safe with other important papers and things so if we need to look at our agreement in the future, we can! Did you not feel the agreement was important enough to keep up with?
I just get confused when folks try to blame the security company for their misdeeds. I am starting to see this in all threads I look in when it comes to a company doing work at a residence.
Lastly, I don't recall reading anything in your post about how VECTOR security didn't respond to your alarm when it went off ...
