Did anyone mention Farrcroft, in Fairfax City? There are certainly a lot of homes in there, although I don't know if there are 300. That seems like a lot. It's in the price range mentioned, though, and looks really nice when I drive by it

Just curious, why over 300? Maybe you know something that the rest of us would want to hear about. Is there a benefit to this?

Do folks know something that I don't or is this a weird post? For all of the help that people are giving this guy, his curt answer is a little rude. It's his third post ever on CD, and he sounds like he has some kind of marketing gig going on.

I suspect he's selling something. People are more likely to help if its someone looking for a home than someone looking to blanket a subdivision with flyers. Besides, no one buying ever has a price range as wide as $800 to $2M. I can't fathom any reason you would want to find mega-developments otherwise.

Agreed with you. But even if he has a marketing gig, why couldn't he blanket three 100-home neighborhoods with flyers?

OTOH, about half the posts are "hey what kinda scam is this guy running?"

At this point, I think it would be best to take the OP's inquiry at face value as they did express interest in buying a home. People do have the right to be specific about what they're looking for in a neighborhood.

Good enough. I won't question his motives.

My curiosity is piqued though as to why he has a price range from $800,00 to $2 M. Apparently that guy would be just as happy in a nice house in Oakton or Princess Noor's summer palace. I hope he answers.
