I'm pretty sure I've never said that. I don't really care what people call Tysons. It's a pretty trivial academic debate.

EDIT: I assume you meant GMU's Center for Regional Analysis...

If the nightlife is so dead, maybe we should start calling it Tyson's Coroner.

Yes, there was a WAPO article about it a few years ago saying Tysons is the new downtown and DC is the suburb. That is stupid. I never said that and I feel because I do a website about Tysons some people think I said that. Sorry didnt mean you GoMason (I meant literally the school whoever that person was there, maybe Gordon or something?)

One thing I'll miss is Wiseacres Comedy Club, which was in the basement of the Tysons Westpark Hotel. Saw some really great (but not-yet-famous) comedians there. And even did a little open-mic there myself once.

A new brewpub is opening in Vienna this week - it's called Caboose Brewing Company and it's near the W&OD Trail and the red caboose in the heart of Vienna (520 Mill St. NE). It will be a great addition to Vienna, I think.

Thank you BarqCider. Getting towed sucks.

HA! I think I have been in there. I believe it used to be a clubhouse for a group of model train enthusiasts? Interesting.

Its actually already soft opened, as long as you bring your own food (atleast per their facebook).

Just pay attention to signs, you'll be ok. As previously stated metro stations generally don't tow so parking at Dunn Loring and walking a block or two is an option. In the Mosaic the big Target parking garage MAY be an overnight option. I haven't noticed signs that they tow, but they may. It is a huge garage and there is no resident parking so it wouldn't surprise me if they didn't though.

I can't tell if you really want to visit the area, or you're just trying to criticize it in that passive aggressive style you love
