I live in Fredericksburg and I wouldn't wish a commute to NOVA from here on anyone. If you have chiuldren, it is definitly in your best interest to stay up north because if you are commuting..... your commute time is very unpredictable, you could very easily be spending 2 hours commuting one way.. time you could be spending together as a family. But if you are wanting to change jobs, I would definitly recommend Stafford and Fredericksburg over NOVA.

I guess I should be satisfied - we are in a very nice neighborhood in Fairfax with good schools. Maybe we can add on to the house or find a bigger home in the same neighborhood. Unless my husband changes jobs I should probably stop complaining! LOL! I would hate it if my husband came home so late every night that he has no time for our kids -
