I have 3 dealers that are mostly equi-distant to me in Arlington:

koons arlington toyota
jack taylor alexandria toyota
bill page toyota

Other than google reviews (and they're mostly for new car sales) I can't find any recommendations for the svc. dptment.

My car comes with 2 year included maintenance so I'm going with the dealer for now. I know that they can be expensive for regular repairs/maintenance.

On a recent Toyota thread, Jack Taylor got a lot of good recs. I used to use them exclusively when I worked in Crystal City. I now use Springfield Toyota since Jack Taylor is too far out of my way.

Ditto. I did have one bad experience w/Jack Taylor, but overall they were OK. Haven't had a bad experience w/Springfield Toyota.

Have had years of good experience with Jack Taylor. Paul S. is the service rep. for whom I always ask.

Thanks. Went to J. Taylor this morning. Great experience thus far. Told me it was going to be 90 min wait. Decided to take their metro shuttle and not wait. By the time I got to work I got a message on my voicemail that my car was ready (!). didn't try to upcharge me for any extras.

I'll pick up the car this afternoon and I don't expect any problems. Thanks, again.
