I think that the NOVA area will still continue as if nothing happened because most of us will not be raptured. We will have to endure the 5 months of suffering and then a firery end! But - if some of us are - then traffic will certainly be better, unemployment will not be bad because jobs will be available...however, housing may take a hit with a plethora on the market....maybe I should sell my house today!

The vast majority (over 99.9998%) don't believe it. I did not see any noticeable drop in traffic. I also did not see or hear anyone mention someone quitting his/her job because he/she believed the world will end. I think I would hear about one of those events if it had any validity. Over 299,999,9xx people cannot be wrong...

This news is complete rubbish and I think Duke Nukem Forever's release date is far more important news that's worth my time than this @%$#.

Caladium, if we were really lucky, Krystal Koons would be among those raptured, and those of us left behind would be spared her commercials. Yes!

I'm certainly excited about possible drop in traffic, new job openings...I'm just not sure that that many folks in this particular area will be gone.... Might have to check out relocating to somewhere else where lots of people got raptured....low housing, lots of jobs, and less traffic!
