Long time lurker, first time poster. Looking for some advice! Currently live in Huntington Gardens Apartments in Alexandria (short piece of advice...don't move there). Anyway, I am looking for a new apartment since my lease is up. Looking for a one bedroom under $1400. I work at the intersection of Seminary Rd and 395 and drive to work everyday. Would prefer something with lots of storage space, a renovated/newer kitchen with decent counter space, and something in a good neighborhood with good amenities at the complex (pool, fitness center, etc.) Any suggestions from the wise?
