Hello everyone,
we plan to buy a TH in the fall/ winter and would like to know if anyone who has worked with a realtor who is honest, hard-working, and cares about his or her clients' best interests.
We are looking for someone who is not pushy and knows the areas VERY WELL. I am looking for the past clients' referrals, not postings from the agents.

My clients would be happy to vouch for me.
Ask your coworkers, friends, etc. for references. Good realtors work on referral and networking. Referral based means people like to work with them. Networking allows them to learn of opportunities that may not otherwise be available. If someone you know and trusts recommends someone, they're doing so with your interest at heart.
Ask a lot of questions about your realtor. Make sure they know the market, understand what it takes to buy a home and have the resources to make your transaction stress free. They ought to be able to refer you to mortgage lenders and title companies, have a list of qualified and approved vendors for any number of things from home inspectors to handymen and generally recognize that moving is not an easy thing to do so they can help you make the best possible decision.
