Hi! We've lived in DC for several years but now want to move to NoVA because my husband's commute to Fairfax is just too far from DC. Looking for a townhouse or condo community to rent in for 6 months (ideally) or a year (more likely) while we look for a place to buy. We'd like to be able to walk to a downtown, have a nice pool and some open space in the community, have it be fairly close to the metro or VRE, and have a unit with hardwood floors. We thought Vienna might work, or Fairfax or Burke, though we don't want to be too far out since I commute to Crystal City for work. Any suggestions of townhouse or condo communities that would fit this description? Thanks!
