Yes, you will get away with "the" 66, etc., but you won't get away with your spelling of Loudoun . There's an entire thread about spelling Loudoun correctly.

As mentioned, the law is 30 days. However, with the high number of exempt military folks and the general "Grapes of Wrath" nature of the place...the chances of getting caught are slim to none.

IF you happened to be stopped with your out-of-state tags, I imagine the officer would try to work some variation of "how long have you been here?" into the conversation. You'll have to take it from there...
