Thanks everyone - we actually ended up finding a nice place for us in Leesburg. We're moving in August! There were some nice places in Sterling, but they were picked up before we could even apply! It seems like the rental market is like trying to hit a moving target it just moves so fast.

Middleburg was our first choice! But the townhouse that came up for rent was snatched up before we could even get our application in :-( We're relocating from Western New York and had to find a place fast before my husband starts his new job.
