We used Carter to installl fencing 3.5 years ago. I can't speak to Expert Fence -- we didn't get a quote from them at the time -- but Carter was significantly less expensive than the other three companies we spoke to. More importantly, the sales rep didn't hesitate to visit our house multiple times as we trying to figure out where we wanted the fenceline to go and where we wanted the gates to go. Install went smoothly and on-time, and we're happy with quality of the fencing material that was used (aluminum). Wish we had the same experince with all the other contractors we've had out ...

I am warning anybody and everybody to not contract with Carter fence. I used them about 3 years ago and regretted ever since. Big mistake.

I gave them aan easy job - rebuild a gate. Spoke with a supervisor and clearly defines my expectations since he stated he was not going to be there. A couple mexican guys came out not speaking a word of English ( yea I know that's acceptable now). Well, not only did they not meet my expectations but the owner insulted my wife. if I am paying a couple hundred dollars for a new gate I want it done correctly. Not too much to ask.

Nope, that's not too much to ask at all.
