Hi

Does anyone know of any good furnished apartment/Condo/townhouses for around a 3 month lease in:

McLean
Arlington
Tyson’s
Fairfax

I drove around today and spoke to a few complex managers, however they are about as useful as an icebox in a snow storm.

Thanks

I don't know anywhere specifically, but have you looked on Craigslist in the sublets and temporary section? You may find something there. And I would check the DC part of Craigslist too.

This might be a little higher than you want but they specialize in short term leases.

For only three months you could consider one of the long term stay hotels like extended stay america. They are around $60 a night.

I know this hotel is not in the area you mentioned but I'll still throw it out there. When we stayed for two summers in Herndon, we stayed at the Residence Inn Herndon/Reston on Elden Street. They are a long term stay hotel if that is what you are looking for. We have been very happy with it and have stayed there twice now for our summers. It includes hot breakfast every morning and hot dinner Monday to Thursday. Housekeeping is everyday as well and the staff is very nice. They also have a laundry room.

Also, OP if you are willing to branch out to the Herndon area, my employer utilizes AVE Dulles for temporary furnished housing that doesn't feel like a hotel. Camden Dulles and ICON at Dulles as well.

You might also try Oakwood Apartments. They have complexes in Falls Church and Arlington and specialize in temporary corporate housing:
