Wow I always thought the 100's of scooters in Manassas were people who got a dwi and could not drive.

*ONLY* if your license is suspended or revoked for DUI/drugs or if you are a habitual offender. If, say, my license was revoked for 6 months because of a 1st offense conviction of driving without a license, I can still ride a scooter legally as long as I have a gov't ID.

And I'm wrong about needing a license to ride a scooter in VA. As of July 2013, you only need a gov't photo ID to ride a scooter.

That has to be true because I see people driving those scooters in the snow
