Anyone here ever live in/ visit / live near Dale Forest Apartments in Dale City?

I'm kinda spamming my own thread but whatever.

I just took a drive by them. Looks fine to me. Couple junked cars but that's not rare. No trash, bottles, whatever all over. I dunno. I just can't pretend that they aren't offering affordable houses, and like I said, looking at apartment ratings every single place has issues. Like all of them, save for a spot off of route 1 which charges 1k, for 320 square feet, which is just, ridiculous.

I'm willing to deal with noisy neighbors and whatnot.

bigfoot, if you can be specific, like, there is regular drug dealing, or gang activity, or rapes and robberies and muggings or something, that would be great, because they are my prime choice. The price is right, washer and dryer in apartments, close to work, close to my current gym, which I love, I just don't see anything overly wrong with the place.

Just looked over Woodlee Terrace again. It seems they've come to their senses, and stopped charging 1k for 300 square feet.

That's tight, but hell, I don't need any more space than that, and this is one of the few places in Woodbridge that actually has good reviews.

Not in love with the location but I hey, at least it's close to the highway, route 1, and 123.
