I want a cheap apartment. They offer them. But maybe a very, very, very steep price comes with that cheapness.

Who can say. Maybe you can.

sister lived there years back. mold in two different apartments (separate buildings, nowhere near each other). was like pulling teeth to get management to resolve/move her the first time.

her car was broken into once, but that can happen anywhere..

cheapest rents in eastern PWC, some feel that is a direct correlation to the quality of living/safety of the community

Hmmm. How many years back? And yes, I know for certain that a car can be broken into anywhere. Is there anywhere with comparable rents? I mean, almost everything is sub 1k with some utilities included, which is like, what?

My biggest concern is, I don't want bugs. I just, I don't. I can't. I use to, but never again.

After 30 years of working for PWCPD. I would not let any family member of mine live there.

Jesus, is it that bad? You guys make it sound like detroit or south side chicago.

Max would be maybe 1200 max. 1100-1200.

I live near the apartments, ride by them often. Of course, I never *see* anything going on and they look like they've looked for years but they have a reputation and that rep has been around since the 90s. I don't think it has improved for any reason.

There are some apartments off Benita Fitzgerald Drive that are older but look well maintained. They are two different, smallish complexes. I forget the names but they are right before you get to Dale Blvd. I ride by these everyday and I never see any hanging out/loitering or anything weird going on. One of the names does start with "Orchard". Take a look at those.

Again, I would not let a family member live there. Is it as bad as Detroit? Of course now. But still, I know the area all too well and I stand by my comment.

Just looked up the orchard mills and they are even worse. To be honest it seems all the apartments in woodbridge suck.

Im on apartment ratings and everywhere is terrible, or its 1800 for a 1 bedroom.

Might as well get cheap terrible.
