However, those
OTHER IT jobs are everywhere as well - lots and lots of them. Just about every nontrivially-sized company out there has internal networks, servers, gajillions of workstations, connections to external networks etc ad nauseum.
Lots of nondevelopment IT jobs go hand in hand with that.
